Routine consultations and operations are carried out at both surgeries, but complex procedures or investigations and overnight hospitalisation take place at the Ilkley practice, where we have superior diagnostic equipment. Our Veterinary Surgeons are closely supported by a team of dedicated Veterinary Nurses and receptionists to provide excellent and compassionate clinical care for your pet. We always listen to our patients’ owners and explain what we are doing, and why.

Consultations are by appointment at your surgery of choice and as far as possible, with the Veterinary Surgeon of your choice. We feel that case continuity is paramount. We also believe it is important that we get to know you and your pet, and that you develop a trust in us. Appointments may be made by telephone or in person at the reception desk. Our receptionists are always willing to help with any enquiry and book you a convenient appointment.
